Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Planning

· Ensure adequate staff availability in all departments.

· Prepare and review annual manpower plans with management approval.

· Approve employee leave while ensuring proper daily manpower coverage.

2. Recruitment & Selection

· Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and selection.

· Prepare offer letters, collect joining documents, and conduct background verification.

· Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and maintain proper records.

3. Payroll & Performance

· Coordinate monthly payroll by discussing attendance, leave details, and other inputs with the accountant, and obtain approvals before processing.

· Monitor staff performance using defined KPIs and KRAs, ensuring continuous performance tracking and improvement.

· Manage annual performance appraisals and conduct probation evaluations for new employees.

4. Employee Relations

· Provide counselling and disciplinary support when required.

· Resolve employee grievances fairly and professionally.

· Implement and enforce HR policies, systems, and procedures.

5. Training & Development

· Develop training modules and conduct employee training programs.

· Maintain training records and ensure proper onboarding orientation for new joiners.

6. Employee Engagement & Culture

· Maintain a positive and healthy work environment.

· Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities with management approval.

· Ensure all employees follow organisation policies and manage internal conflicts professionally.

· Review HR policies annually and update as required.

7. Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain updated and accurate employee records and personnel files.

· Ensure confidentiality of all employee information.

· Track employee turnover and maintain exit reports.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
