About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a creative agency or IT company. The ideal candidate should be confident, process-oriented, people-friendly, and capable of handling end-to-end HR operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for design, tech, digital marketing, and support roles.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Set up and manage HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Handle attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and performance tracking.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Create and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize internal events, team activities, and cultural programs.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, growth-oriented work culture.
- Performance Management
- Coordinate KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
- Support managers in team evaluation, feedback, and development processes.
- Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
- Facilitate healthy communication between management and teams.
- Manage disciplinary procedures professionally.
- Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop learning roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of HR experience (agency/IT company experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
