Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various departments such as counselling, marketing, admissions, and administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Plan and execute training, development, and performance management programs to enhance staff skills and overall team efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, attendance tracking, and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll processes, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Support management in strategic HR planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational development initiatives.
- Organize staff engagement activities, team-building events, and internal communications to strengthen company culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience in HR is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong people-management skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and documentation—you can also learn on the job.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to adapt to HR software/tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and a positive attitude toward learning and growth.
