Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Manpower planning and workforce budgeting
  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Induction, joining formalities, and documentation

HR Operations & Administration

  • Managing attendance, leave, and shift policies
  • Handling employee records and personnel files
  • Issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and termination letters

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Overseeing payroll processing
  • Compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave, Minimum Wages)
  • Coordinating with consultants for statutory filings and audits

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Grievance handling and conflict resolution
  • Employee motivation, engagement activities, and retention strategies
  • Disciplinary action and domestic inquiry support

Performance Management & Training

  • Implementing appraisal and performance review systems
  • Identifying training needs and organizing learning programs

Policy & Compliance

  • Drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards

Exit Management

  • Handling resignations, exit interviews, F&F settlement, and relieving letters

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR, including managerial role

Professional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
  • Payroll management & compliance expertise
  • HRMIS & MS Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and people-management skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
