- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Recruits, helps with interviews, hires, and works collaboratively to onboard new staff.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Provides a framework for constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Works collaboratively to offboard departing employees.
- Current regulation compliance, including accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection, the Equality Act and health and safety).
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Administers, oversees, or collaborates on the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters. disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Assists with development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff.
- Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Nurtures a positive working environment.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Performs other duties as required.
Professional Requirements
- Nationality : Exclusively for Saudi National Only
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Work Experience : At least Fifteen (15) Years experience as HR Manager
- Job Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
- Certification : Preferably with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and/or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Certificate.
- Proficient in English in both written and oral communication.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
