Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with 4+ years of hands-on experience to manage and strengthen our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and HR operations while supporting business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle of recruitment and onboarding
• Oversee HR operations, employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
• Drive performance management and appraisal processes
• Coordinate payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with HRMS / payroll systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
