Job Purpose
The HR Manager is responsible for managing employee performance, tracking KPIs, planning and using manpower effectively, improving employee engagement, and supporting the company in achieving its business goals through people management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Performance Management & KPI Tracking
- Create and manage the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Set KPIs and KRAs for employees with department heads.
- Review employee, team, and department performance regularly.
- Prepare performance and MIS reports for management.
- Identify performance issues and suggest improvements.
Manpower Planning & Utilization
- Plan manpower based on company workload and targets.
- Ensure employees are used effectively across departments.
- Monitor productivity and improve work efficiency.
- Support management in allocating and adjusting manpower.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs based on performance gaps.
- Arrange training programs to improve employee skills.
- Check training results and employee improvement.
- Support leadership and future talent development.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle employee feedback, concerns, and surveys.
- Support employee motivation and retention initiatives.
Performance Evaluation & Improvement
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
- Ensure fair and transparent evaluation process.
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for low performers.
- Support reward, recognition, and incentive programs.
Company Objective Alignment
- Align HR activities with company goals.
- Ensure each department supports overall company objectives.
- Work closely with management as a strategic HR partner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to performance management and workforce planning.
- Experience in KPI tracking, PMS implementation, and training programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
