An HR Manager acts as the vital link between a company’s management and its employees. They are responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding—while ensuring the organization remains compliant with labor laws.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Recruitment: Developing hiring strategies, writing job descriptions, and overseeing the interview process to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding: Designing programs to integrate new hires into the company culture and ensure they have the tools to succeed.

2. Employee Relations & Culture

  • Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes between employees or between staff and management.
  • Engagement: Implementing initiatives (surveys, team-building, recognition programs) to boost morale and retention.
  • Policy Development: Creating and updating employee handbooks and workplace policies (e.g., remote work, dress code, conduct).

3. Performance & Development

  • Performance Reviews: Managing the appraisal system and helping managers provide constructive feedback.
  • Training: Identifying skill gaps and organizing professional development workshops or compliance training (e.g., DEI, safety).

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Payroll Oversight: Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Benefits Admin: Managing health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies to stay competitive in the market.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Legal Adherence: Ensuring the company follows federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEOC).
  • Safety: Maintaining a safe working environment and handling workers' compensation or workplace investigations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,451.83 per month
