Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Support managers with coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive talent management, engagement, and succession planning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support organizational change and promote a positive, high-performance culture
  • Address employee concerns proactively to enhance employee experience
  • Partner with HR teams to implement HR policies, processes, and programs

Educational Qualification : MBA (HR)

Prefer Freshers/Experienced

Location : Azhikode,Kannur

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
