Job descriptionWe are seeking an organized and proactive HR & Admin professional to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Managing office operations, supplies, and facilities.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and employee welfare programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Compliance management
  • Payroll
  • RnR
  • Trainings
  • Need to have an Experience working on HRMS software, like SPINE or HRONE

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
