Job Summary

We seek a dynamic HR Manager to lead all core HR functions with a strategic, people-centric mindset. You'll drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and operations while aligning HR initiatives with our growth goals. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and excels in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and best practices to support business scalability
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and fairness
  • Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and smooth exit processes
  • Drive annual performance management cycles, goal-setting, and development plans
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and team-building
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and industry standards
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building events
  • Maintain accurate HR records, generate insightful reports, and leverage data for decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in an HR generalist or manager role
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate sensitive issues with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, ATS platforms
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
