The HR Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all human resource activities of the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance appraisal systems
• Plan and conduct training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Promote a healthy and productive work environment
• Advise management on HR-related matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree or HR certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
