HR Manager

We are seeking HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Administer HR Policies & procedures.

Managing the recruitment and selection process.

Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.

Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).

Monitor attendance system. To develop positive relationship with employees.

Payroll Management. Maintaining and improving HR systems. Review departmental budgets.

Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.

Handle employee complaints, grievance & dispute. To conduct exit interview.

Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.

To maintain human resource information system & employee database.

Education & RelevantExperience:

Master / Bachelor in HR or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience inHuman Resource.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
