Job Description of an HR Executive

An HR executive is a senior human resources generalist responsible for supporting an organization within every area of a company's human resource operation.

  • Identifies hiring need, develops the position description, Recruitment Plan, organizational chart and other recruitment related documents
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations
  • Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and line Managers.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records (i.e. Databases) by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training HR Staff.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization

· Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures

Requirements

1. A Person with the degree of BBA /BPA specialization in HR or A four-year degree in human resource or equivalent is typically required. Compute literacy must.
2. Salary Range: 75,000 To 100,000 as per the experience and skill set of the candidate
3. Minimum 1 year Experience is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
