Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for a well-established Export–Import company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete HR operations, strengthening company culture, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, exits)
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee engagement and performance management
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support management in organizational development and workforce planning
• Maintain HR records and documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in HR operations and team handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Experience Required:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR (preferably from corporate, manufacturing, trading, or export-import background)
