HR Manager

Hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle complete HR operations for our software and digital services business. This role requires prior experience in a software house environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR-related tasks and responsibilities
• Recruitment for digital and technical positions, including:
• Graphic Designers
• Software Developers
• Sales Executives
• UI/UX Designers
• Video Editors, and related roles
• End-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee documentation
• Implement and manage HR policies and internal procedures
• Handle employee relations and performance coordination

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in a software house / IT services company
• Candidates without software house experience should not apply
• Strong experience in hiring for technical and digital roles
• Good communication, organizational, and people management skills
