Job Description – HR Manager (Non-IT * IT Hiring)

We are urgently hiring an experienced HR Manager / Recruitment Manager with strong expertise in Non-IT Recruitment and IT Recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and talent acquisition across multiple industries. This role requires someone who can manage urgent hiring, bulk hiring, and lateral hiring efficiently.

Immediate joiners will be given top priority.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions
• Manage IT hiring, Non-IT hiring, bulk hiring, and lateral recruitment
• Source candidates using Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct HR screening interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and closures
• Handle offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS, hiring trackers, and dashboards
• Manage HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, and records
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines
• Support employee engagement, retention, and HR generalist activities

Skills Required

• Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Non-IT Recruitment
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, manpower planning, and workforce hiring
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle urgent hiring requirements and high-volume recruitment
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, and employee management
• Proficient in MS Excel, ATS, HRMS tools

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA HR, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as HR Manager / HR Recruiter / Recruitment Manager
• Experience in staffing, consultancy, agency, or corporate hiring preferred
