Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave policies.
- Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and labor regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
