We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to the limousine and car rental industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, RTA regulations, and support a workforce that includes drivers, operations staff, and corporate employees.

Responsibilities-

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and company policies.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, medicals, Emirates ID, and MOL documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, warnings, terminations, and leave management.

Recruitment & Workforce Management

  • Lead recruitment for drivers (chauffeurs), operations staff, dispatchers, mechanics, and office employees.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to manage manpower planning, shift schedules, and staffing requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, driver documentation verification, and onboarding.

Driver & Fleet-Related HR Management

  • Manage HR policies related to drivers, including attendance, overtime, disciplinary actions, fines, accidents, and RTA requirements.
  • Coordinate driver training, induction, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle grievances, misconduct cases, and disciplinary procedures fairly and professionally.

Policies & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with transportation industry standards.
  • Manage KPI-based performance appraisals for drivers and staff.
  • Support management in employee engagement, retention strategies, and workplace discipline.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate payroll inputs including overtime, deductions, allowances, fines, and incentives.
  • Manage leave, end-of-service benefits, gratuity calculations, and final settlements.

Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in limousine, car rental, or transportation companies in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, RTA, and driver employment regulations.
  • Hands-on experience managing large driver workforce.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work closely with operations and senior management.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and payroll coordination.

Preferred Skills -

  • Experience dealing with RTA driver permits and compliance
  • Knowledge of shift-based workforce management
  • Multinational workforce handling
  • Immediate availability is a plus
