Job Title: Human Resources Officer / HR Executive / HR Manager (depending on level)

Role Summary:
The HR professional is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting organizational culture, and acting as a bridge between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment & onboarding (job postings, interviews, offer letters)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Implement and enforce HR policies & procedures
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Support performance management and appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Coordinate training & development programs
  • Handle visa, contracts, renewals, and exit processes (if applicable)
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws (UAE / local, if applicable)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
  • Experience in multinational or corporate environments
