  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and back-office staff.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
  • Implement performance management systems aligned with business goals.
  • Organize training and development programs for skill enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and support management in strategic HR planning.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 2+ years HR experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 2 years (Preferred)
