Jital Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR operations at our Dhar location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
  • Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Support management in workforce planning and manpower budgeting
  • Monitor discipline, code of conduct, and workplace safety standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
  • Minimum 4–8 years of HR experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or agricultural industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage plant/site HR operations
