Doodle N Dash is a fast-paced design and digital agency. We pride ourselves on efficiency, strategic growth, and high-quality execution. As we expand our outreach, we are looking for a sharp, process-oriented HR Executive to join our operations team.

The Role

We are looking for an HR Executive who is a "hunter" for talent. Your primary objective will be to identify, vet, and onboard high-performing Sales Representatives via whichever recruitment channels you see fit. Beyond recruitment, you will be the backbone of our personnel operations, ensuring that our team remains disciplined, compensated correctly, and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Aggressive Sales Recruitment:

  • Managing our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify potential sales leads and representatives.
  • Screening candidates for "hunger," communication skills, and alignment with the Doodle N Dash brand.
  • Managing the full interview lifecycle from initial outreach to offer letter stage.

2. Operations & Compliance:

  • Time & Attendance: Monitoring shift timings and ensuring punctuality across the team.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculating monthly salaries, including precise management of deductions, bonuses, and commission payouts for the sales team.
  • Policy Enforcement: Maintaining the employee handbook and ensuring company culture is respected.

3. Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Managing the collection of necessary documentation and conducting orientation for new hires.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in HR, preferably within an agency or sales-driven environment.
  • Recruitment Savvy: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment; familiarity with Bark is a significant plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High proficiency in managing spreadsheets for payroll, attendance and day to day employee operations.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Mindset: A "no-excuses" attitude toward operational excellence and team discipline.
