HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Lead training, development, and succession planning programs
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years of HR experience, including management-level responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
• Experience in industry

Pay: Rs80,000.00 per month
