Role Objective
The HR professional will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and managing core HR functions to ensure smooth people operations, compliance, and a productive work environment aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and role specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs coordination.
- Draft and issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, exit, etc.).
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
3. Policy, Compliance & Governance
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Gratuity, etc., as applicable).
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related audits and statutory filings (with external consultants where required).
4. Performance & Employee Engagement
- Support performance appraisal processes and review cycles.
- Coordinate goal-setting, performance tracking, and appraisal documentation.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
5. Exit Management
- Manage resignation and exit formalities, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
- Ensure proper handover and clearance processes are followed.
- Analyze attrition data and share insights with management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools (if applicable).
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Prior experience in a growing organization or SME will be an advantage.
