HR MANAGER

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Support current and future business needs through development and motivation
• Oversee performance appraisal systems
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records
• Manage employee benefits and wellness programs
• Hospitality/ Chain of Restaurant /Hotel Industry Experience prefred

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
