Ensure all new employees’ details are keyed in to Prime Software after the recruitment process and they are in company’s payroll.

Statutory check EPF & ESIC, before recruitment (Previous Employment check) for both new and re – joining.

Generating of ESIC & UAN for new employees by online.

EPF & ESIC monthly filing before the due date.

Applying for new Contract Labor License/renewal for the individual sites as per the statutory requirement.

Attendance & Pay Roll Management, Collecting of attendance, deduction details from the sites, and salary advance details and processing of salary. Ensure the correctness of the attendance collected from sites.

Regulatory compliances preparing & submitting the reports related to EPF/ESIC/Prof Tax/Bonus etc.

Coordinating /submitting of claim forms against EPF/ESIC/Group Medi claim on online.

To ensure all the CLRA registers and documents are filled every month for external audit.

Ensure that the CLRA documents are attached along with the invoices for submission to all the clients.

Any Grievances’ from clients related to HR functions will be addressed on timely basis and submitting the report to the clients and management.

Address the grievances of employees by giving suitable solutions on time and document the same.

Broadcast circulars and Notices time to time from HR Desk.

Scheduling and coordinating staff meetings and events.
