The Human Resources (HR) department plays a strategic role in managing people, building a positive work culture, ensuring legal compliance, and aligning employee performance with organizational goals. In healthcare and diagnostic labs, HR also ensures discipline, safety, ethics, and continuous skill development.

1️ Recruitment & Staffing

  • Identify manpower requirements (lab technicians, pathologists, marketing, admin, support staff)
  • Prepare job descriptions and advertisements
  • Screen, interview, and select suitable candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs

2️ Employee Onboarding & Records

  • Issue appointment letters, ID cards, and joining formalities
  • Maintain employee files (KYC, certificates, contracts)
  • Update attendance, leave, and shift records

3️ Payroll & Compensation

  • Process monthly salaries accurately and on time
  • Manage incentives, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory benefits

4️ Attendance, Leave & Discipline

  • Monitor attendance, shifts, and leave management
  • Implement HR policies and code of conduct
  • Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and terminations professionally

5️ Training & Development

  • Identify training needs for lab quality, safety, SOPs, and soft skills
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Support continuous professional development

6️ Performance Management

  • Assist in setting KPIs and performance targets
  • Conduct appraisals and performance reviews
  • Support promotions, increments, and role changes

7️ Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Address employee grievances and workplace issues
  • Promote a healthy, respectful, and ethical work environment
  • Organize employee engagement and motivation activities

8️ Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations
  • Maintain statutory registers and documentation
  • Support audits, inspections, and certifications (NABL, ISO, etc.)

9️ Health, Safety & Hygiene (Critical in Labs)

  • Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and infection control
  • Ensure compliance with bio-medical waste management rules
  • Promote workplace health & safety awareness

10.Exit Management

  • Handle resignations, notice periods, and full & final settlements
  • Conduct exit interviews and knowledge handover
  • Ensure smooth staff transitions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,168.25 - ₹20,000.00 per month
