HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong background in retail or luxury retail environments
  • Proven experience operating as a standalone HR lead within fast-paced, customer-centric organizations
  • Experience building HR structures, policies, and processes within growing / scaling organizations and actively contributing to institutionalization efforts
  • Demonstrated success in partnering directly with General Manager / Senior Leadership on people strategy and organizational decisions
  • Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll, personnel administration and compliance processes independently
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law, social security regulations and disciplinary procedures
  • Solid understanding of retail workforce dynamics, including store operations, incentive schemes and shift-based structures
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management and compensation frameworks aligned with business growth
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial priorities into people strategies
  • Strategic, analytical and results-oriented mindset combined with strong operational execution capability
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is preferred


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Own and lead the full Human Resources function, acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager and supporting the company’s growth journey.
  • Shape and execute the people agenda in alignment with business priorities, expansion plans and brand positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across headquarters and store operations, ensuring attraction and retention of high-performing retail talent.
  • Design and continuously enhance performance management and incentive frameworks aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Fully execute payroll processes, including calculations, attendance tracking, social security declarations and all personnel administration with full compliance.
  • Lead employee relations and disciplinary processes, ensuring alignment with labor legislation and company policies.
  • Partner closely with store managers and leadership team to strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce brand culture and elevate the employee experience.
  • Ensure workforce planning and organizational structuring support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership with people analytics and insights to support decision-making and long-term talent planning.
