Role Summary

Indorewala ENT Hospital is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have strong hospital HR experience and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital objectives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
• Coordinate and manage the appraisal process across the organization
• Assist in initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
• Implement performance management and training systems
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies
• Maintain HR records, audits, and process efficiency
• Partner with department heads to support staffing and HR needs

Requirements

• 7–8 years of HR experience in a hospital setting
• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and hospital operations
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Tech-savvy with HR software systems
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
