Key Responsibilities / Duties Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening CVs, interview scheduling, and selection.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support orientation and smooth integration of new hires.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, including visa/work permit coordination and WPS salary compliance.
  • Administer employee attendance, leave systems, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Handle contract renewals, terminations, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE regulations.

Employee Relations & Communication

  • Act as point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leave, benefits, and performance.
  • Address employee grievances and conflict resolution in line with policy.
  • Support internal communication on HR policies and workplace updates.

Performance & Development

  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Identify training needs and assist with organizing employee development programs.

Policy, Strategy & HR Systems

  • Support development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
  • Use HRIS/people systems to maintain data integrity and generate HR reports.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement) and provide insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
✔ 1 year Dubai Experience in HR
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
✔ Excellent communication
✔ Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS / ATS) and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
