HR Manager

CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our Jaipur-based IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The role requires hands-on experience in HR practices specific to the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure accuracy in salary structure, incentives, and deductions
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll and statutory payments

Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliances
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies
  • Maintain employee records and documentation

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
  • Address employee grievances and promote a healthy work culture

Policy & Process Management

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
  • Support management in organizational development initiatives
  • Ensure HR best practices aligned with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR preferred)
  • 4–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT company
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws
  • Experience handling PF, payroll, and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports and developing/implementing HR SOPs
