Complete Plant HR Operations Management

Lead and oversee end -to-end plant HR functions including manpower planning,

recruitment, onboarding and workforce structuring to support plant operations.

 Industrial Relations & Workforce Discipline

Manage union/workmen relations, grievance resolution, and ensure strict adherence to

shop-floor discipline and company policies.

 Contract Labour & Statutory Compliance Management

Administer contract labour operations including licensing, documentation, statutory

compliance, audits, and vendor coordination.

 Workforce Planning & Productivity Optimization

Drive structured shift scheduling, attendance monitoring, and absenteeism control to

enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,413.78 - ₹34,266.31 per month
