HR Manager

• Register the establishment under ESI
• Register eligible employees (earning within wage limit as per current rules)
• Deduct employee contribution
• Ensure employer contribution
• Generate and submit monthly ESI challans
• File ESI returns (half-yearly, if applicable)
• Maintain ESI records & accident reports
• Assist employees in availing ESI benefits (medical, maternity, sickness, etc.)
• PF registration for the company
• UAN generation & linking for employees
• Deduct employee PF contribution
• Ensure employer contribution
• Monthly PF challan payment
• Filing Electronic Challan-cum-Return
• Maintain PF records & KYC updates
• Assist employees with PF withdrawal / transfer claims

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹36,760.00 per month
