HR Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead both the strategic and operational HR functions of our Group. This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can operate at senior management level while actively managing day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law, and overseeing the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Advise senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning
• Lead performance management frameworks and talent development initiatives
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven reports to leadership

Operational Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee administration
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and regulatory requirements
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling
• Supervise visa processing, employment contracts, and HR documentation
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
• Minimum 6–12 years of progressive HR experience
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR role
• Strong HR Generalist background with full-spectrum HR exposure
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR compliance practices
• Experience managing multicultural workforce
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
