  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and selection process
  • Onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Workforce planning

2️ Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll processing
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Laws)
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Handle audits and government inspections

3️ Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances
  • Maintain positive work environment
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct disciplinary actions when required

4️ Performance Management

  • Manage appraisal process
  • Develop performance improvement plans
  • Employee engagement initiatives

5️ Training & Development

  • Identify training needs
  • Organize skill development programs
  • Conduct HR workshops and sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
