Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT), HR administration, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws), employee engagement, and overall HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT Hiring)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (from freshers to experienced professionals).
- Hire across multiple levels including junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
- Understand technical and non-technical job requirements in collaboration with department heads.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
- Organize and conduct placement drives, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities (offer letters, appointment letters, FNF, relieving letters, etc.).
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Manage background verification and vendor coordination.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records as per labour laws.
- Ensure adherence to Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable labour regulations.
- Coordinate audits and statutory filings.
- Keep updated with changes in employment and labour laws.
4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.
- Support performance appraisal cycles, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Handle employee grievances and implement retention strategies.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Strong experience in IT recruitment and hiring across multiple roles.
- Experience in hiring both IT & Non-IT roles (Freshers to Experienced).
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho HR, or similar.
- Experience in conducting campus placements and bulk hiring drives.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and HR best practices.
