HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT), HR administration, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws), employee engagement, and overall HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT Hiring)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (from freshers to experienced professionals).
  • Hire across multiple levels including junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
  • Understand technical and non-technical job requirements in collaboration with department heads.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Organize and conduct placement drives, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities (offer letters, appointment letters, FNF, relieving letters, etc.).
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Manage background verification and vendor coordination.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.

3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records as per labour laws.
  • Ensure adherence to Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable labour regulations.
  • Coordinate audits and statutory filings.
  • Keep updated with changes in employment and labour laws.

4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Handle employee grievances and implement retention strategies.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong experience in IT recruitment and hiring across multiple roles.
  • Experience in hiring both IT & Non-IT roles (Freshers to Experienced).
  • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho HR, or similar.
  • Experience in conducting campus placements and bulk hiring drives.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and HR best practices.
