HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager – Head Office
Location: Thaikkattussery, Thrissur, Kerala
Salary: Up to ₹9,00,000 per annum (CTC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations at the Head Office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR processes, advanced HR technologies, compliance, and people management, with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
• Oversee performance management (KRA, KPI, appraisals)
• Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Manage HR operations, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws)
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
• Conduct training & development programs
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower and performance matters

Requirements

• MBA / PG in Human Resources Management (from a reputed/premium college)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling corporate HR functions
• Strong exposure to recruitment, PMS, and compliance
• Strategic HR and people management capabilities

Salary

Up to ₹9 LPA (Based on experience and profile)
