We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our growing real estate organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Handle employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintain attendance and payroll coordination
• Monitor employee performance and engagement
• Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of HR experience
• Experience in real estate preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of HR practices

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
