Role Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations and recruiting activities to support

organizational goals. This role includes full-cycle recruitment, HR policy implementation, employee lifecycle management, and

ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure

hiring goals are met.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company standards.

• Oversee daily HR operations, maintain employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and documentation.

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, resolving queries, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, training support, and employee engagement activities.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, payroll coordination support, and HR reporting.

• Prepare HR reports, analyze key metrics, and support strategic HR planning with management.

• Work with department heads to forecast manpower needs and alignment with business objectives.
