SNT is also in the leading position for executing turnkey customized cryogenic systems for knowledge and technology sector like Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), BARC, Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Nuclear Power Plant like: IGCAR, Bhavani etc. SNT also executing LNG / LCNG Stations in the clean energy sector.

Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and strengthening the Human Resources function of the company as it transitions into a structured growth phase. The role will oversee end-to-end recruitment, HR policy development, performance management systems, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance for a workforce comprising both white-collar and blue-collar employees.

This position is critical in building scalable HR systems aligned with the company’s expansion and professionalization goals.

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organizational Behavior.
  • 7 – 10 years of HR experience
  • Prior experience in manufacturing / engineering / EPC / industrial setup preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineers, supervisors, managers, and support staff
  • Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
  • Standardize interview and evaluation processes
  • Support hiring of senior-level managers
  • Maintain structured recruitment tracker and pipeline

B. Policy Development & Implementation

  • Develop and formalize HR policies including Attendance & Leave, Probation & Confirmation, Code of Conduct, Disciplinary procedures, and Performance appraisal framework
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of company policies
  • Develop and maintain employee handbook

C. Performance Management System

  • Design and implement structured appraisal system
  • Coordinate goal setting and KPI alignment
  • Facilitate annual and mid-year performance reviews
  • Support leadership in performance discussions and improvement plans

D. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Oversight

  • Oversee attendance and leave management systems (with focus on shop-floor discipline)
  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs to accounts
  • Supervise statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Maintain HR records and documentation for audits

E. Employee Relations & Organizational Discipline

  • Handle employee grievances across white-collar and blue-collar workforce
  • Support supervisors in disciplinary matters
  • Promote professional and performance-driven work culture
  • Conduct employee engagement and communication initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,068.74 per month
