Experience: 3–4 Years (Manufacturing HR)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

* End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

* Attendance & leave management

* Payroll coordination

* Employee engagement & grievance handling

* Statutory compliance (Payroll & all)

* HR documentation & MIS reports

* Performance management support

* Exit formalities & employee records maintenance

Qualification:Graduate/ MBA/PGDM HR preferred
