HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The role involves managing plant HR activities, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce engagement while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive business objectives .

• Handle complete HR operations for plant employees (on-roll & contract labour)
• Manpower planning and workforce optimization
• Recruitment for plant-level roles (operators, supervisors, staff)
• Onboarding and induction process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
