  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Drive performance management, appraisals, and professional development programs.
  • Act as the go-to person for employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR support.

  • Collaborate with management on manpower planning, workforce analytics, and organizational structure.
  • Recommend and implement modern HR tools (HRMS, time tracking, digital onboarding systems).

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the IT services, technology, or operations sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, recruitment, and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on with HR platforms such as Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Why Join Sharp Brains

  • Be part of a global company that values innovation, performance, and people growth.
  • Opportunity to build and lead HR systems for an expanding international workforce.
  • Competitive salary with bonuses and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and high-performance culture.
