Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and practices across all company locations (4 branches and 1 warehouse). This role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports management, and promotes a productive, safe, and compliant work environment for approximately 120 employees.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Policy Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.
- Standardize HR practices across all branches and the warehouse.
- Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments and locations.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with branch and warehouse managers.
- Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and staffing reports.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote positive employee relations and resolve conflicts fairly.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations and issue warnings as per company policy.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and staff retention strategies.
4. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.
5. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Manage employee compensation structures, benefits, and incentives.
- Ensure overtime, leave, and attendance records are accurate and compliant.
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain complete employee records (contracts, visas, licenses, personal files).
- Manage attendance systems, leave management, and shift policies.
- Ensure consistency of HR documentation across all locations.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for staff, supervisors, and managers.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
8. Legal Compliance & Labor Law
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and related regulations.
- Manage employment contracts, probation, renewals, and terminations.
- Handle labor inspections, audits, and government correspondence.
- Advise management on labor law updates and compliance risks.
9. Health, Safety & Warehouse Workforce Support
- Coordinate with warehouse management on labor compliance and safety policies.
- Support implementation of health and safety standards.
- Assist in accident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
10. HR Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, attendance, disciplinary cases).
- Provide HR metrics and insights to senior management.
- Support management in decision-making related to people management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing multi-branch operations and warehouse staff preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law (or relevant local labor laws).
