HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations while also supporting Guest Relations and Social Media Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, enhancing employee and guest experience, and strengthening the organization’s brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities - Human Resources

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation)
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with state and local labor laws
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage performance evaluation and employee development programs
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

Guest Relations

  • Oversee guest/members satisfaction initiatives and service standards
  • Address and resolve guest/members concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Train staff on customer service excellence and communication skills
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement strategies
  • Coordinate with operations teams to enhance overall guest experience

Social Media Management

  • Manage company social media platforms (content planning, posting, and engagement)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor online reviews and respond professionally
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with marketing or management on campaigns and promotions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role
  • Experience in guest/customer relations management
  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
