Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement manpower planning strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate selection process
  • Issue offer letters and complete onboarding formalities

2. Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Supervise monthly payroll processing
  • Manage salary structure, increments, and bonuses
  • Maintain attendance and leave records

3. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements
  • Handle government inspections and documentation

4. Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Implement company policies and code of conduct
  • Manage performance appraisal (KPI/KRA system)

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize training programs
  • Support employee skill development initiatives

6. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
  • Update and implement HR policies

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Payroll and HR software knowledge
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / MHRM / BBA in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience
