Hiring: Industrial Relations (IR) Manager

We are looking for a dynamic IR professional to lead end-to-end workforce compliance and industrial relations across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the IR team, helping them perform their best across all sites
• Make sure workers are paid correctly and on time, with all legal compliances taken care of
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with full statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
• Listen to worker concerns and resolve issues like FnF, PF withdrawals, and data updates smoothly
• Handle audits and inspections confidently, while maintaining good relationships with clients
• Set clear and simple processes so work runs smoothly and without confusion
• Ensure all labour law requirements are followed properly at every site

Ideal Candidate:

• 6–10+ years of IR experience in factory/workforce management
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Experience in handling stakeholders, audits, and site operations
