Proger is looking for a Saudi HR Manager to join its Branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager and the International HR Manager, you will lead the people strategy and oversee all HR operations, ensuring our policies align with business goals while fostering a high-performance culture. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a dedicated advocate for our employees' growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Branch Manager and the Senior Management of the Italian Headquarter to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies, principles and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and the implementation of HR strategies, policies and programs to ensure the continuity of international operations in compliance with Saudi Laws, international regulations and standards.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employment contracts, contract renewals, onboarding, training programs, performance management, employee relations and offboarding, across multiple countries and regions.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Manage HR Information Systems HRIS for efficient data tracking, employee records and HR reporting (i.e., QIWA platform, Muqeem, GOSI).
- Government relationship management platforms/offices (MISA, COC, MOL - SAGIA, Najiz, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.).
- Use the corporate HR platform for uploading and/or updating contractual data and to process related reports.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local regulations, including immigration, Saudization, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
- Ensuring the regular execution of the HR team's activities in compliance with deadlines and company instructions.
- Liaise with external consultants in the field of Labor Law and personnel management.
- Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs and employee rewards.
- Oversee Payroll and Attendance.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee’s data in alignment with data protection laws.
- Provide guidance and support to Line Managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with the different Corporate Functions in relation to cross-cutting issues of common interest.
- Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.
Key Competencies and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Previous experience with international companies is a preferential element.
- Professional certification such as CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is required/preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi HR laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa and Saudization requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, teamwork and multitasking skills.
- Strategic thinking, punctuality, proactive collaboration, cultural sensitivity, problem-solving and confidentiality skills.
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Saudi National is a mandatory requirement.
