Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional with strong expertise in organizational development and performance management. The ideal candidate should have the ability to analyze organizational structures, improve operational efficiency, and support transformation initiatives within a dynamic consulting environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and manage performance management systems to ensure alignment between individual performance and the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the annual performance appraisal process, including the development of evaluation models, tools, and performance criteria to ensure fair and effective implementation.
  • Develop and update organizational structures, job grading systems, and salary scales in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions across departments to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and update the company’s organizational manual annually, including department overviews, objectives, organizational structures, key processes, and performance indicators.
  • Supervise the development and updating of organizational structures and job descriptions across various departments in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and enhance organizational policies and procedures, including HR policies, to improve operational efficiency and transparency.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and change management programs across the organization.
  • Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor organizational performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Participate in business process improvement and organizational transformation projects.
  • Contribute to the development of succession planning, career paths, and workforce planning to ensure readiness of talent for future business needs.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and organizational alignment.
  • Prepare reports, studies, and recommendations related to organizational development and present them to senior management to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field .
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in Organizational Development or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector or consulting firms is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing organizational structures, job descriptions, and change management initiatives .
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications .
